I have been working as an Admin Assistant (admin clerk) and I wanted to share what I have learnt about why they are a crucial part of the administrative team and why hiring an admin assistant can help you achieve your goals.

An admin assistant is someone who assists the office manager in their duties and daily tasks with the goal of saving time, improving accuracy and standardising tasks by creating processes to get more consistent results for the business.

It is common managers take on a lot of work. This work ethic is admirable but, when they take on too much work, quality and speed suffer. An administration assistant can lighten the load and allow managers the room they need to focus on quality and not worry about missing deadlines.
